New member - Far North

Hi everyone.

I've been target shooting for many years (33), albeit on another continent. I have moved from Germany to New Zealand 10 1/2 years ago and NZ has now become my home.
I am based in Kaitaia in the Far North and I’m a member of the Far North Pistol Club and PistolNZ.
I love target/ precision shooting both pistols and rifles. I’m also keen to reload all my ammunition by myself. I enjoy my time with my club mates at the shooting range on a Saturday.

I’m very happy that I have found this forum and now I have to find out what all this short phrases stands for. Like “Bump”, “SPF”, “TTT” etc. 🤔

TTT = To The Top, i.e. same as bump for a refresher

Welcome Frank, look forward to reading some of your yarns. What calibres you shooting ?

I’m shooting pistol calibres from .22lr to .45ACP and rifles from also .22lr to .308Win. Also 12g shotgun as o/u and semi. I owned a nice selection of really top notch semi-autos in .223 REM. but they are all gone 😢 Cheers
