Thread: New member, with time up my sleeve before hunting

Gidday everyone,

I'm 38, and have exploring the forum which has been great; lots of wisdom, humour and tips - the magazine posts are especially good.
I aim to piece together the necessities to do some hunting (license / arms etc) in the next few years, as application times are long and free time at the moment is short with a couple little ones running about.

Nobody in my family hunts so I will try to get involved with the South Auckland NZDA in time, to learn and meet some new people.

I am eager to learn a new skill and to get out there for some horned meat, for now will trawl the forums for inspiration!

That's my intro, and thanks for having me!
