    Welcome, I hope you enjoy your hunting and the food you get to eat with it.
    It is amazing all the different cuts of meat you can get off an animal and so many different ways to cook it.

    Venison pies are yummy, slow cooked shanks, steaks, roasts, hams, bacon, sosies, ribs, silversides and stews to name a few.

    A great hobby, enjoy
