Thread: Newbie intro

Hi folks,

I am Tarn and I have been sifting the forum for a while now and thought I should join in on the fun. I lurk around the Kaimai's (Tauranga based) and I love browsing the wealth of knowledge, tips, and advice offered on these forums. I am super keen on fishing, hunting, tramping, caravanning, DIY, and the good ole kiwi outdoors.

I am lucky enough to have inherited a Parker Hale .30-06 and I have managed to bag a few Fallow bucks with it on private land. My eldest of 3 children is mad keen on hunting/shooting and eager to move on from targets and birds. So I will be on the hunt for a good secondhand .22lr and the forums have provided great insight in to some suitable makes and models.

Looking forward to some more posts and banter on the forums.
