    Shout out from Ch Ch.

Hi all, been pesting about on here for a little bit now so thought I'd better introduce myself.

Just getting myself slowly sorted to get back into hunting after a decade of semi retirement from it, I used to get out quite a bit but then got hooked by the mountain bike bug so sold up a lot of gear to fund that addiction.
Love a bit of fishing and diving also, I've a Bach and boat down Moeraki so try and get down there as much as possible too.
Been stalking this site for little tidbits of info that catches my middle aged eye. Gotta say it seems like a great forum with some quality banter and look forward to being part of it.

    Cheers,
    Mark

Welcome Mark, maybe you could start your shooting off by cleaning up a few of those rabbits down at Moeraki that will get your eye in for the bigger game further down the track. Hope you enjoy the forum

That is ironic in that I use cycling to keep my legs and lungs in shape for hunting....

Welcome....There is lots of info with the people here. And a lot of good people.

If you ever want a hand with the rabbits, I have a few guys here that really struggle to find rabbit country due to not having much in the way of contacts,. I have one in Queenstown area but when I went there , there were so many rabbits that it stopped being fun and started being work.....

And maybe I can return the favour as you get back into hunting....

Hey Mark. Welcome, might see you out on the MTB tracks if not in the hills! There are a few of us here into both sports, I’m currently working on ways to combine the two...

Used to take my downhill bike up on the back of a quad on a farm we used to hunt, chase pigs all morning then bomb down old shitty 4wd tracks and stock trails.. Good times.
