Thread: Would anyone sell or gift meat?

Hey,

I'm in Wellington.

I eat a lot of fresh raw meat and enjoy fresh wild. Especially organs. I know a lot of hunters throw away organs like liver, kidneys, spleen, brain, eyes, testicles so It's a bit of a waste.

I know they say you can't sell or barter for it but It says you can gift it to friends and family.

Does anybody here do that?

Selling it will run into issues if you get caught but gifting it is ok. I like heart. My brother likes Liver so he gets that ha

Try asking if there is anyone would be willing to take you out with them, That way you can experience something new & they don't have to carry out extra meat for you.

I really want brain and testicles the most. It's not something that's conventionally availabe un-medicated. Are you in the Wellington Region?

I could be open to that. I'm going in a couple weekends with a friend. I have another friend that gives me the organs too, they are entertained that I eat it all raw. I think my friend carries out the whole deer and butchers it somewhere else and they don't eat the organs so it would be wasted. Just seeing if there's anyone else on here like that.

Hahaha, I worked with an English guy who would bring in cooked ram nuts, carefully slice them and put them in sandwiches. I’ve never been that desperate for something to eat

Heard of a couple of guy's offering $250 for whole field-dressed goat carcasses... provided they were Billy's with testicles intact. Different stokes for different folks I guess but for me I'd have to be on deaths door. With the young Billy's I do shoot for meat (excellent in curry and Moroccan spices), the very first thing I do on arriving at the carcass is whack the testicles off and toss them. Maybe I'm missing out on something. Or are we just talking deer here?

You have to be careful when eating offal, I would suspect eating it raw would not be a good idea.

Good source of testosterone - there are millions of, fist bumping!, high fiving!, woo hooing!, American yokels paying big bucks for containers of little pills that could as easily be got, from the testes of game animals.
