Yeah bugger it, I'll join in

G'day team, another Aussie invader here. Moved to Marlborough 2 years ago after living in Fiji for a bit, haven't called Oz home for a while now.
Grew up on pistol shooting ranges in qld before the gun laws tightened up and crushed the sport, by the time I was school age shooting was a nostalgic thing of the past. Jumped at the chance to live somewhere I can get back to those golden years again.
Got me a borrowed Norinco .22lr that's accounted for about 6 rabbits from riverbeds now and scrimped together just enough cash for a tikka .308 before we all had to sit on the couch to save the country.
Hoping to maybe bump into a few locals to down a beer with, the wife is sick of being the only one I talk to about hunting
stingray, Pengy, Gibo and 5 others like this.

    Welcome fellah.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

We can all but hope that when this is all over, all husbands and wives will still be talking.
