Thread: Fallow Deer Park

I guess way way back ours came with those kind of genes lack of feed and a lack of careful culling and the Wanganui fallow pitiful - but beauty in the eye of the beholder - I have taken new hunters out shot a head probably go 200 and they stoked - most heads we get where we hunt 180 ish and always split palms -just a guess that chap up 260 plus - with the releasing going on here we may start to see better - seeing a lot of menil which here means could have been released most Wanganui melanistic- lets hope so - but man the angry little buggers do their heads some damage especially if they squashing thru fences let alone fighting
