About LinkBacksBought a Panasonic FZ70 bridge camera with 60x optical zoom. Very impressed with the image stabilization. Slow focus at high magnification in low light as you would expect. Price was good too.
Kids were fascinated when I brought out the film SLR for comparison. Explained how to focus it and what would happen if you pushed the button with a non poked battery in it. Still had a film in it too.
