About LinkBacksWe hunt the roar and other times of the year for the chance of shooting a good stag or a deer for the freezer. As most people do the same thing and shoot a lot of bigger stags than this one I don't see a problem. In reality we may never see him but we do know he is there so it gets us out of bed for a chance at him and several other ones that are reasonable.
If we left all the good ones for there genes not many would be shot, plenty of genes get passed on as we are constantly see good stags coming on. ( In this area and the rest of the country)
