Well a lovely Sako 75 in the mighty .270 Win all dressed up in Socom Blue, laid in it's stock waiting for a scope and a walk in the hills...

Had the honour of being involved in the restoration of this beautiful Eibar under over Shottie, has had a sensational job done on the woodwork. Without ruining the fret work we just sorted the barrels in Socom Blue, has come up an absolute gem.

Strongly suggested the owner of this poor tired little ol' Sako M591 in .260 Rem have a wee bit of a make over... some before shots then the after, just in time for 10 days on the West Coast.

Mmm. tempting. If my project shoots ok once I've done the stock this may be an option. 450ish to have it blued, but I like the idea of a more durable coating.
