I tried the 168 LRAB in my Tikka 20" 7-6.5PRC today for the first time, jumped them 40 thou/ 1mm



They go pretty well with RL16, even faster with 26



Pretty surprising performance, manages to pretty much almost keep up with my 20" 7PRC, same barrel & action, just a Lapua case that is 1/4" shorter

I have a couple of reamers & a couple of builds in progress using them, a 27" heavyish quad hunting rifle & 30" match rifle

That's great performance.
Are those speeds with the rl16?
What powder charge did it like with the rl26 out of interest?

Yes RL16
About 4-5 grains more with RL26

Depends on the reamer
My neck turn match one is ideal for 180s
The STD one is good for everything

Its a 20" Criterion 8 twist, I have a 7PRC the same

I didn't realize the 6.5-7PRC would get those sort of numbers that's better than the standard 6.5 version

Alwys thought this was good idea for the best short action 7mm .B interesting to see how it would go with 140's/150's
