Thanks for the confidence guys. I expect press clippings to appear from at least Denmark and Sweden in February, likely from Finland and Norway as well. I'll send them to Greg when they arrives. At least customer feedback have been fantastic so far (but they also understand the language, without needing subtitles)
Noway sent this to me earlier today.
I can't read it, I'm only semi fluent in "Kiwi" :yaeh am not durnk:
The first press clippings
ISSUU - Magasin Min Jakt #-13 by Södra Lid AB
Page 20-21.
It is downloadable, not sure if is "Google-translate"-able.
Basically it is very good. What is commented is:
Ordinary hunters equipment. Very detailed in the basics. No equipment masturbation, but relevant & practical stuff.
"The film quality and contents was better than I thought possible as it really (and successfully!) tries to reach you the viewer, instead of being a show-off orgy for the maker's skill level. Even if you never shoot more than 100 meters you should still get this film."
Well done Norway
That psycho dog in the bear hunt article looks just my Akita, same teeth too :wtfsmilie:
Meanwhile, I can't wait for Norway's DVD to become available, wife's getting it for me as a late xmas prezzie. However late that may be.
I'll take one too please.
Yep.
Norway, is it going to be available online?
Yeap , I will take one as well,
Cheers Chris
OK, me too please KG :)
+1 please
This is the only english forum feedback I've seen (...as the english version isn't out yet)

I just want to add that if you want a simple, no frills informative film without any attitude, this is the film.
It is also shot in beautiful scenery.
I bought the Norwegian/Swedish version and watched it between Christmas and New Year. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!
It's well made in terms of both content and visuals.
I used to shoot a bit of F-class and do plink at longer ranges, but I'm not a long range expert. However, in my quest for becoming a better rifleman I've read a lot of books and watched a few long range shooting DVDs from well respected authors (Snipers Hide 1& 2 and Magpul Dynamics to mention a few).
Watching the Thomas Haugland DVD is the first time I feel I have a complete set of tools to actually practice and develop my long range shooting skills. It's specific and gives you tips for trouble shooting.
Now I just need that blooming R8 so I can start putting the knowledge to practice.
All the best,
Christian
