Sako 85 7-300 Wsm

I got this going in the weekend

It was a 7mm RM

We replaced the factory barrel with a 24" Proof Carbon 1-8.24 one

Shoots pretty well even with the extremely flexible stock

20 rounds fired with two different projectiles its off to its owner

Hi out of interest what was wrong with it in rem mag? And what advantages is this round?

It didn't shoot that famously & ejection was typical Sako LA .....

& I did one for his Mate who will be loading for it.

With the shorter case was ejection 100% ?

The 7-300 is a little shorter & there is plenty of brass available, unlike the 7 Wsm
