Doc, I know you commented 2 years ago, but I would like to hear if you ever got the brake and how it turned out for you.
Did it do a noticeable difference compared to the Savage stock brake on the lhr?
I am interested because I just bought the Savage 111 lhr and also any other info on the lhr would be appreciated!!


Yes, I did purchase it and it was the best investment I could have made.
It's funny how enormous the difference is compared to the factory brake. The results aren't linear. It feels more exponential. The muzzle went from blasting and jumping to such a smooth shot that I could easily keep a constant trace through my 24X scope and no longer have to frantically try to reacquire (which was pretty much impossible 99% of the time).
If you are thinking of getting one of these then I would recommend this in a heartbeat to everyone. I don't know how I ever shot without it, and I sure as hell would never even contemplate going back.
I had also great service and communications with the company considering they live on the opposite side of the planet from me.
This product gets my 5 star recommendation.
