Forgive my ignorance please but is this the "training" ammo that has a good rep for accuracy but low speed or another loading?

the same as training ammo but with hornady brass reloadable case on the primer is not crimped product code of #80255 3240fps on box it has it has the #2266 .224 22cal 55gr sp projectile in it shots well out of my AR
