Forum Carbon Fibre Knife Bulk order

Hi guys, just a quick update on who's receiving knives from this first order. I'll get a better list up when my PC's going again, waiting on warranty replacement ssd.
I have Sidney, outdoorlad, Brian mcneill, macka, nick d, gapped axe, rushy, 6mm Ackley, ariki, b Cameron, hunty, brads, I shoot 10s, haydendev, driverman, toby.

I've gone from the order of payment, I'm 19 knives short of fulfilling those already paid.

Any idea when the second shipment will be arriving?

No idea sorry, will be roughly a month. I may need to update the price after the next shipment to reflect the exchange rate and the slim margin in it

They were sent on the weekend, so give it a few days. Local post shop had no post bags so had to go to town

I'm too lazy to go back through the thread but can we use these to gut and take the poop shoot and head off a deer? For some reason I feel like I read that we couldn't

Just don't be a rough bugger and cut into bone it should be fine.

These things are made for gutting and taking the poop chute out, stay sharp

Mine arrived today, Bloody beauty mate! shame it didn't arrive yesterday. i forgot to grab my knife on the way out, so i had to resort to cutting the back wheels off the wallaby with a blunt keyring knife :yuush:

Man they weigh next to nothing, great wee backup knife, if I still had my Blaser Professional stock, I'd store mine in the hollow butt. I think my mates will be happy with their prezzies.

Mine arrived yesterday, looks wicked. Cheers spec, sounds like you had a bit of a time gettin em here, so thanks for perservering.

Anything to note about sharpening ect? or just business as usual?

They should sharpen with a Diamond stone, google will know better than I do.
Only thing I can mention is just keep an eye on the screws holding it together. Like most small floding knives they may get loose and fall out, I doubt they're loctited in.
Haven't had it happen but I may loctite mine in just to be sure

First blood for the new knife.
Nice blade. Boned out the whole animal no troubles. Shouldn't have trouble with chipping it if you use a bit of finesse.

Xmas come and gone and I was going to give these to my staff, an update would be appreciated?

Hi guys, sorry but have been away camping for a a few weeks and just got back yesterday. Knives haven't arrived yet, which isn't what anyone wants to hear.....

maybe you should put up the list so people know where they are in the posting order

Hey, yeah here's the list in order of payment. There are enough in the order en route that everyone currently paid will get them. I'll update the list of the next in line when I see how many knives are left.
