Diamond stone should work in theory, have never done it myself though, 2 years with my original knife and still razor sharp
Hey so here's an update, about 15 knives left from the first order. I'm going to pm the next 15 guys that had put their hand up for one and sort out who still wants one.

If anyone wants one from the next order add your name to the bottom of the list, with the quantity in the next column. Hopefully I've done the access right that anyone can edit the file.

I'll go another, hopefully sharper than the last 1. I tried a diamond steel, wouldn't look at it so I brought a lansky with a xtra stone supposedly for ceramic, nuh
