Thread: Adrenaline filled meat

Have a hind that's hanging at the moment, she was chased round a paddock for 10mins before I could grab her, put her on her back and get a knife in it (wasn't ideal but she wasn't supposed to be where she was, no chance to use a firearm there)

My question is what to do with the meat? Don't want to give it to the dogs as it just ends up on the carpet in smelly puddles that need cleaning up. Have some salami made up already. Don't fancy the idea of putting an entire animal through the hand mincer. Was thinking of getting it sent to town for sausages... Would this dilute any bad flavours?

Have yet to skin her so may not be as bad as I'm thinking
