Thread: Any thoughts

Hi all, I have just picked a couple of bags of Damson plums and a bag of small blackboy peaches which fell of the tree.
I'm thinking some sauce for the plums but a bit stumped on the peaches.
Any ideas would be grateful, thanks

Peach crumble? Its cold and raining here so a hot crumble and cream sounds good, haha

Just tried this

cut in half, pour some honey on and in the oven until the honey starts to bubble. Wasn't bad, be good with some cream or ice cream.
Also put some through the juicer with some pineapple, will be having more of that.

Free flow freze in halfs ( stone out), then when wanted, through one or many in a bowl thing, bit of golden syrup/honey, simple sponge over the top, cook. Instant self saucing pud, bloody yum. Oh and heaps of vanillia ice cream.....
