    Ball's an all stew

I love stews especially with a bit of dank winter weather.

The greatest thing about a stew is you can just throw anything in there.... after Browning in a pan of course!

Started photos about half way threw.

Wild venison and tame pork sausages browned.
    spuds chopped skin on.
    Home kill lamb shanks.
Left over venison back steak from last nights tea.
    Wild pork bacon.
    mushrooms.
    chilly.
    garlic.
    tomatos.
    onions.
    leeks.
Handfull of basil and thyme ( because nobody ever has enough thyme )

With the exception of the herbs everything gets browned in a pan first! Essential for flavor!

All browned and in sit back and enjoy a drink.

This will be tomorow nights tea (stew not stout tho some will probably go in) as it is too soon for tonights tea.
