Thread: Been given a couple of ducks advice needed

Nice one hunter, I shot my first ducks the other day, have 4 breast and a whole duck in the freezer been having a look around for doing the breasts didn't find anything to my liking, so I plan to do a good ol fry up, slice the breasts into strips, fry em up in butter and onions serve them with mushrooms in creamy sauce will let you know how it goes later this week.
