Biertreberbrot Biertreberbrot (German Spent Grain Bread)

A mate of mine has a wee brewery and gives me as much spent grain as I want.
Most goes in the compost heap, but now and then I knock up a Biertreberbrot (German Spent Grain Bread).

The addition of of sunflower and pumpkin seeds add a nice flavour.

Looking forward to sopping up the gravy from tomorrows venison roast with this bad boy.

Recipe please, I've been known to have a little spent grain also and wouldn't mind giving it a go.
