At least you didnt cross the streams there Dundee (watties with Barbecue) It could have been dangerous.

I would never, ever, give you whitebait, unless I can supervise its prep and consumption. God friggin help you if you so much as looked up from your plate

Had trouble with workmate murdering whitebait at Maruia. A quick tackle and bail him out of the kitchen allowed me to take over and rescue the dinner. Best whitebait feed he'd ever had. Still enjoyed telling my dear old that in all honesty no one could tell the difference between whitebait patties and mock whitebait patties (with grated potato as a substitute for the whitebait).

I can just about tell you what river they are out of, by the look and taste. Arawhata, deep run bait, is the best of the lot by miles

I'd like to disagree with you there, ... but I can't!

It is where this particular kg came from.

R93 such a culinary delight as whitebait does not deserve to be placed in such imminent danger of being inundated with tomato sauce. I suggest you bring it here where no supervision will be needed

When I first looked at the picture I was like "what the hell are they doing with kiwifruit" before realising it was a cutting board

Mmm, duck and cheese. Mmm mmm mmm! I'd forego the tomato sauce though.
