    Cheap quick meals

here's a quick noodle meal I like for lunch , its Indome noodles & poached egg , both take about 3mins .
Use 2 pots , one for noddles & one poacher .
Use small pot for noodles , & only put in about 40mm of water , ie no need to drown them , get it boiling , then drop noodle in for 3mins or less .
Drain and mix with flavour packets , drop egg on and season with salt & pepper ,
If you have NOT tryed it , you need to , its very tasty combo .
Cost less than $1 NZD .

For dry noodles , I only buy Indome at $3 for 5 , and for noodle soup , get the Wingsfood , mi sedaap ,its only $2 and makes a awesome noodle & egg soup , I donot usually buy any other brand of packet noodle , as a lot are crap , not these ones throu .

I use the other brand , wingsfood for noodle soup its very good , same as before , about 40mm of boiling water , and then crack the egg on top of the noodles , this stops the egg dropping all the way to the bottom and a bit burning .
This is how my missus cooks its , she stopped me yrs ago from cooking noodles , as I was doing IT all wrong , Opps , as she's Asian , I will let her have that one .

Opps , put the favour packs into it , and donot drain IT , as its meant to be soup .

I would try them if you had demonstrated some 'taste' in the past. I'm reluctant to take advise from a Steiny drinker

They're OK Gibo. heavier than the Back Country but you don't need to rehydrate (only heat). Of course a Hero gutted bugger like me needs to but the two meal sized pack and add it to a sachet of Uncle Bens rice.
