    Cream Paua

    Went for a swim and got a few slugs. Got all the staff coming round for a BBQ tonight to see the year out and thought I might introduce them to Paua. They're all from Nepal, Sri Lanka etc and a couple kiwis thrown in there. I have always done patties never done creamed Paua. Favourite ways to make it? Don't want to get too adventurous as I don't want to scare them off but bit of pressure on as we have just employed two girls from Kaipara and they might be expecting a bit more than my current Paua cooking skills can provide haha.
