    Curry Mutton

My favorite way to cook goat meat.

    1. Stir fried olive oil with garlic, ginger, curry, turmeric, cumin, paprika, nutmeg and mint
    2. Add tomatoes paste
    3. Braise the mixture with goat meat
    4. Add potatoes
    5. Add pepper and salt
    6. Stew the mixture in pressure cooker for 1.5hrs
    7. Add coconut milk and low heat for 10mins
    8. Ready to serve with rice, bread or noodle

Yes, it is originally curry mutton recipe. I substituted the mutton with goat, and they taste the same.

ok, technically it is. wait a couple of months an i will introduce you the carolina reaper. a chili so hot you double glove just to pick them. it actually eats thru latex
one single chilli is good for 6-10 casseroles. i have eaten a bhut jaloka (currently growing) and couldnt taste anything for days afterwards. these are double strength.
i suggest if one of your "clients" misbehave you feed them one and enjoy

have eaten plenty of Jaloka and reapers, love em.....unfortunately I have gotten to the point where I am reasonably immune to chilli which is a shame as I miss the feeling of tingling lips etc now I can eat chilli that is hot enough to give you a guts ache (reapers are especially bad for that) and remind you what your bum hole is for but other than that it doesn't really effect me.
