It has a soft texture and quite a subtle flavour. It benefits from a few herbs, or a good batter with onions and sweetcorn, etc, added. It's not a strong flavour like liver.Quote:

There is just something about lamb fat burnt by fire. Actually just about anything cooked on fire is good.

Made his biscuits tonight that I did with a modified mushroom gravy with some chicken and rice. They are simply delicious and a huge thumbs up from my wife.
