    Bloody good getting it all from your own patch! Staring wistfully at my work in progress. Anniversary day floods carried off my last vege patch and I'm only just getting it set up again.

    Only changes I would make if cooking for prep are adding some breadcrumbs and probably using a smaller bean -- the butter beans are my favourite but are harder to dry properly.
