Has anyone tried the Dunninghams Lamb and Mint sausage seasoning?
Got a reasonably young breeding ram that I killed and boned out a while ago.
He was in good nick and didn’t stink. Worth the gamble I reckon. Mince up a little sample and hope for the best.
Might try this seasoning mix on him.
Anyone tried it?
A friend made some lamb and mint sausages last year and fairly certain it was a Dunninghams mix.. they were a decent flavour.Quote:
