Thread: Frozen meat transport

Hi guys I have the opportunity to purchase half a cattle beast and need the butchered cuts transported from Chch to AKL. I have tried Big Chill but they can't help. Does anyone know a company who might be able to do this.

You could try sending it by plane packed in the polystyrene boxes - it seems a lot of seafood gets shipped that way - but for half a beast it might be pretty expensive.

I recently flew back up from queenstown to rotorua with Air nz. I had two poly bins of veni, 43kg. It cost me $100 to put the bins on the plane via cargo (I already had 3 checked bags in, pack, rifle, dog, so had to go with cargo)

try Halls..... Tallys.......and anyone else who runs up n down country with chiller truck....

And try Findaload, they are great at that sort of thing
