Recently went charcoal weber, cant beat the flavor of slow cooked what used to be cheaper cuts like beef cheeks,brisket etc and bloody good spatchcocked chicken but it is a lot of fafing around...ok if you got all day.
My gas bqq is poked too but I will get another cos cant beat it for veni steaks and sausages etc light it up 3 mins and ready to go.
