The patties are simply simple guys.

Drop 20 or 30 kilos of venison at the butchers and say "patties please" and pick up already free flowed in boxes ready for the freezer
I do make my own sometimes but thought i would get patties made as still have mince and sausages in the freezer .

Onions would have been good as would lots of other things but the cupboards were bare .

    Try this one.
    500grams venison mince
    200grams bacon very finely chopped
    1onion finely grated
    Salt pepper
    A sprinkling of mixed herbs
    A sprinkling of ground chilles
    1 egg
    Some bread crumbs dry.
Mix everything together with ya hands except the bread crumbs which you now add a bit at a time until it starts holding together.
Make into patties and sit in fridge for 5 min to set then cook .

I'd go a nice BBQ or plum sauce, and some shrubbery. But looks pretty good as is, but here is would be better than where was.
