    Meat processor auckland

    Hi, anyone recommend a butcher to process venni into sausages,salami and biersticks?

    Depending where you are - I've heard the Butcher at Kaukapakapa is good for this and homekills. Clarks Butchery in Glen Eden used to do it (has been 4-5 years since I used them I've more recently either done it myself or gone in with the Boys with our consolidated totals coming home for the weekend) and Greenwoods Butchery in Three Kings used to do it by request.

    There's a few more out south Drury way too but not living out that end I don't have any details.

    Cool tasted some of those wares recently as Adam put a couple of animals through them, and it tasted really good and used real meat without all the fillers which is superb on the likes of beersticks and sausages etc...
    I'm drawn to the mountains and streams, its where life is clear, where the world makes most sense!
