    Totally agree with you Mrs D. I have always loathed the over the top salt laden flavour and have never been able to understand why it appears to be the first thing the D.I.Y. make and enthuse about.

    It was cheese I am talking about wasn't it?

    As for Nigella, nah, hips like a heifer..

    Goat cheese is beautiful providing the milk is good...I love the one (quite an acquired taste) with the literal translation 'horse droppings' it is strong!!...the ash covered ones are my favourites...some of the supermarkets here sell a log shaped one...which is mild...
