    Pâté de Faisan et Purée de Marrons en croûte avec Confit d'oignon)...

    aka Pâté of pheasant and pureed chestnuts in a crust with Onion Jam...aunty from the Mainland stayed with me for a few days and I thought I would make us a treat...she bought the bottle of French wine...
