    Parrie Kotlets

Inspired by the words of my sister who used to make chicken kotlets when living in Poland and inspite of the flu, I decided I would make something for tea and this is it...I wilted some watercress with just the water from washing it in the frying pan and heated it until it was just drying...then into the blender until it was fine, added some salt, pepper, brown sugar, some orange rind and juice then added some sour cream and allowed it to heat through...cut up the red cabbage, cooked it then added it to some left over mashed potatoes, greased the muffin tray and shared the mix around, and cooked in the oven for some twenty odd minutes...cut the breasts so they were flat, beat them with the rolling pin, sprinkled over some very fine polenta and cooked them in the pan in sunflower oil...sprinkled on some chopped chives...may not look Cordon Bleu but was delicious...

I'll step in for you VC. I am very shy and introverted as well but I have an override when it comes to food.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

We will never change Eeebees. Fellahs are somewhat like Leopards and their spots.
