    Saturday night my turn to cook. There was everything in the cupboard but the anchovies so thats what I did.
    If its that good without them it must be bloody out of this world with them in it.

    Funny thing is I have everything in my cupboard too. Had to sub tuna for salmon though.

    My partner cooks this and I was unsure but she convinced me to try it, now a staple quick meal these days! Still can't stand anchovies by themselves though!

    I cooked it this week but forgot the garlic and parsley. So I ll be doing another run with those ingredients next week.
