Excellent, kiwi “Surf n Turf”. Will try this combination next time I’ve been for a dive. Also on my never ending to-do list is to sort a recipe for the venerable steak and oyster pie. Seemed to have become extinct quite a few years ago now, just when I’ve developed a hankering for one or three again.
