Thread: Pork roast.

    Pork roast.

    Came home from work to a wild pork rear wheel that i had boned out.
    She usually fails cooking wild pork but this was awesome :thumbup:

    Slow cooker then oven to brown.
    She done good, so good i ate half it before thinking i should take a pic.

    That looks like a real nice eater VC ( nice and light colour) . I used to cringe when the mrs took on cooking wild pork , but now she nails them and is in my opinion the king of wild meat roasts ( back wheels) . The other thing too is the more you praise them for it , they actully encourage you to go and shoot more !

    She tells me to shoot a sheep or cow ! And she is probably only half joking, 9? Odd years of pork or venison. i spit the dummy if she buys anything other than chicken

    My partner says when I go hunting now "do you think you could shoot a chicken".

    I think she is over venison and pork.
