    Possum Trappers rabbit

    This is the roast rabbit we had tonight.

    ............... 1 Dundee

    makes

    ............... 1 possum trapper

    ............... Teach possum trapper to skin and gut one rabbit.

    Done.... but wash ya bloody boots next time possum trapper

    The carcass

    The hare legs were eaten another night,rabbit carcass bit grubby but that was added protein not bad for a first attempt from a young fella.

    Then throw the rabbit in the slow cooker (crock pot)

    Sit back and wait for Mrs D to dish up

    nice looking roast - but bit thin on the greens on the boys plates - and not a black olive in sight !!

    I think I should pass on some tips to @mrs dundee about "hiding" veges in peoples food !!!

    Lettuce , salt butter and bread. My go to when I'm craving greens

    That or steamed broccoli with tomatoes, sprinkle of olive oil and salt ...
