He he, we had a repeat of this dinner on Sunday too. Also had roast beetroot, parsnip and eggplant. Unfortunately not enough pan left to do roast kumera and carrots as well. Think I need a bigger oven as the standard size just isn't enough.
Mrs Dundee, I'd say it tastes somewhere between beef and venison, tending more towards the venison. The roo just melts in the mouth. Excellent with a dash of spicy plum sauce.
