Thread: Rotisserie pork/lamb

Spent $50 at the whare house 2 weeks ago on a Rotisserie didn't realise it was battery operated 2 DD battery o well thought I'd give it a go put a roast lamb on it a back wheel basted in cerebos tomato relish 3 times , turned out mint was surprised the 2 battery's lasted 3 hours did another roast a couple of days latter same method same battery's then last night got a pork leg on there googled up a beer baste, turned out great :1 bottle of tui, 6 garlic cloves ( used granuals)2T of Worcester sauce , 2t salt , 1 t black pepper ,1/2 t thyme ,rosemary, coriander....same 2 batters so far that's around 9 hrs !
