    "sausage making course" and "curing & smoking course"

    Rainy day spent searching the net and came across "Soggy Bottom Holding" in Ngaruawahia who do one day courses on sausage making and curing/smoking. Look like very interesting courses which are only $120 for the day.
    Anyone attended either of these?
