I have been wanting to do a course on sausage making for a while, to get some professional tuition on what it takes to make a good sausage.
One course provider is Soggy Bottom Holdings in Ngaruawahia. They stopped doing courses for a while, but are advertising them again on their website, so I made contact with them today. They normally do their courses one Friday a month, with Saturday by arrangement.
They need 6-8 participants to do a Saturday, so I thought I would put it out there to see if anyone else would be interested.
