Yeah my bad. I actually did a big slice up day but got lazy and took the photo's on my phone. My technical expertise let me down and i couldnt get the pics posted off my phone without you all wading through my links instead of photos'
But just close your eyes and imagine 2 kg of home cured bacon ( rolled and strung ) smoked for 8 hrs in the cold smoker then further cooked for 2 hrs on the heat. sitting on the slicer partially sliced ( big stack of sliced bacon to the right and a half sawn log of rolled bacon to the left )
I had also smoked a batch of fermented salami along with it. Some nice shots of sliced and whole salami blended onto a nice rectangular dish.
