    Smoked Salmon

    I unexpectantly had an afternoon at home today with a sick child come home from daycare so took the opportunity to get some smoking out of the way. Nothing fancy this time, just the old brown sugar, salt and pepper trick-results pretty good though. Heres a picture of the fish in preparation stage.

    @EeeBees I apologize, not too cruel though they weren't very big fish-only a couple of kg each. Still they were/are delicious nonetheless, hard to beat it!
