    Smoked Salmon Pizza

    Step one.
Pick a nice evening and drive down to a spot where you know you will catch a salmon. On this trip it was the Twizel Canals.

    Step two.
Catch a salmon. In this case it proved much harder than anticipated. In the past we have caught heaps and decent size ones too. On this trip beggars couldn't be choosers so this was the unlucky one.

    Step three.
Fire up the fish smoker to smoke the salmon prior to putting it on the pizza.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
