    Smoking Goat

    I am fortunate to have a reasonably easy supply of Goats on the property , but unfortunate in that I don't have a freezer as I am off grid.
    Thinking of smoking some up to preserve it a bit.
    Anyone tried it ? Suggestions gratefully recieved
