Shoot stag in roar
That night heat cooking plate to pretty hot
Add oil, then add the inside steaks IN ONE PIECE
Turn a few times.
Rest for at least five minutes then cut
Pick up axe handle to smash wanker over the head that wants to put any kind of sauce onto it



Five days later go outside and grab the outside steaks and cook them the same.

never mind the bacon bit just eat the steak. dont need bacon to mask the flavour.

Heres a fiordland venison stew,tho i must confess its Nelson venison
Stews are always better the second or third day I recon and worth pre making for a trip.heat and eat

Its a shitty alloy camp oven,already flew in my cast iron frying pan couldn't justify a cast iron camp oven as well!
